Nýtt fyrirkomulag á skráningum í foreldraviðtöl

Nú í ár ætlum við að prufa að nota bókunarkerfi Mentors fyrir foreldraviðtölin sem verður opið frá 15. – 18. nóvember. Þetta er í fyrsta sinn sem við notum kerfið og óskum við eftir því að foreldrar hafi samband ef upp koma erfiðleikar við að bóka. Kerfið er í sjálfu sér nokkuð einfalt: Þið opnið Mentor appið eða farið inn á heimasíðu Mentors www.mentor.is Þið veljið hvert barn fyrir sig (ef um fleiri en eitt er að ræða) Í appinu og á heimasíðunni er grár flipi sem stendur á foreldraviðtöl og ef smellt er á hann opnast lausir tímar sem hægt er að bóka.
Athugið að þeir nemendur sem þurfa á túlkaþjónustu að halda fá fyrir fram ákveðinn fundartíma, sem eru sýnilegir í appinu og þeim er ekki hægt að breyta.

This year we are going to try booking parent-teacher interviews through Mentor which will be open from 15th of november until Saturday 18th of november.
This is the first time we are using this booking method so please feel free to contact us if there are any difficulties while booking.
Its a simple task: open the Mentor app or website (www.mentor.is). At the top should be a link called „Parent Meeting“ /“Foreldraviðtal“. There you will see available options. Remember to do this for each child, if you have more than one.
Those parents who require a translator, they will have prebooked time, which you will be able to see in the app, and those times can not be changed.

Drodzy rodzice W tym roku postanowiliśmy wykorzystać Mentor do ustalenia terminów rozmów z rodzicami, możliwość rezerwowania rozmów będzie otwarta od 15 do 18 listopada. Robimy to po raz pierwszy, więc prosimy rodziców o kontakt w razie problemów z zarezerwowaniem rozmowy. Żeby zarezerwować rozmowę trzeba wejść na apkę Mentor lub na stronę www.mentor.is Wybieramy rozmowę dla każdego dziecka osobno (jeśli mamy więcej dzieci). W apce i na stronie Mentor jest okienko Foreldraviðtöl, na które trzeba wejść i wtedy otworzą się możliwe godziny do wyboru. Dzieci, na których rozmowach jest tłumacz, mają zarezerwowane rozmowy i nie można ich zmienić.
